This is for my property management friends

I don't believe that I could possibly know everything about what your day looks like. I am sure I could never juggle quite as well as all of you. I can imagine it is filled with never-ending calls, back-to-back maintenance requests (but no, you can't come in unless I'm home), residents with a million questions(what do you mean I'm late, it's only the 5th!?), and this is just at work! Somehow, you're still standing (and usually smiling-on the outside at least).

I am wowed daily by each and every one of you and I want to make your life just a little bit easier.

I created 2319 Solutions to be a teammate that shows up and handles the messy stuff. Everyday while I'm in units inspecting for pest issues I see units that are ready for a new resident- seal on the toilet, floors mopped, usually a decent job done from a quick glance. I am often surprised by what I see once I grab my flashlight and start looking deeper. Urine soaked hinges, spiders and cobwebs where the wall meets the ceiling, and 6 inches of trash that was simply left behind the refrigerator- these are all recent examples. My goal is for those “move-in ready” units to actually be move-in ready. I want to provide an amazing experience for your new residents and take away any reason your new move-ins may have to add to your already staggering stress level.

I approach every unit from a new perspective, as I have for the last 7 years, and as I will for many years to come. Ensuring not only that your unit left with an amazing clean, but that you are provided a list of missed or overlooked items that can be quickly addressed prior to the move in date. Smoke detector beeping, door sweep needs replaced, hot coming out of the cold side in a sink? I have you covered and will ensure that you are aware and able to provide as close to a flawless move in experience as possible.
